How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

Normally it takes a or 2 week because We aren't able to directly refund you, and we must make this request through Shopify as they need to handle payments and refunds. 

If your refund is taking longer than 60 days, then you may contact Shopify at [e-mail] and they should be able to help you.
